This Committee will be responsible for scrutinizing all research proposals for compliance regarding bioethical issues. The Chairperson Ethical Committee, Secretary Ethical Committee and three members will be nominated by the Chairperson Research & Development wing as per requirements. At least one member of the Ethical Committee will be a member with non scientific background. Chairperson Ethical Committee will submit the evaluation reports to Chairperson Research & Development. Secretary Ethical Committee will be responsible for the day to day function of the ethical committee. Ethical Committee will assess all research proposals in accordance with the criteria for bioethics as laid down in Good Clinical Practice (GCP) Pakistan. The composition of the Committee will be as under:

3. Member (layperson)
